The essentials (full groom)
Includes: Relaxing bath, blow-dry, brush-out, full haircut/style, nail clip, ear cleaning, and a spritz of cologne.

Important salon policy
**Matted coats:** We prioritize "humanity over vanity." Heavily matted coats may require a shave-down for the dog's comfort, incurring an additional £10–£20 fee.
**Cancellations:** We require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations.
